Junior Brand Manager - Vision Care

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of leading brands by supporting market analysis, promotional activities, new product launches, and the execution of integrated marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, international stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze sell-out performance, market share evolution (GfK), and competitive landscape insights.
• Develop and monitor sell-out promotional activities to support business objectives and drive growth.
• Develop and execute integrated B2C marketing campaigns, from strategic planning to implementation.
• Contribute to the development and launch of new products in the Italian market.
• Adapt and localize global marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials for the Italian market.
• Support budget planning and monitoring, ensuring compliance with financial targets.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, international teams, external agencies, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and manage Ministry of Health approval requirements.
