Act as the sole HR reference across four European jurisdictions
Own the full employee lifecycle and performance management process

Offerta

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee recruitment processes, including talent acquisition and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Coordinate performance management and employee development initiatives.
Maintain HR records and manage reporting processes.
Advise management on organisational design and workforce planning.
Help compensation and benefits administration, including bonus programs.

Competenze ed esperienza

A successful HR Manager should have:

Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
Proven ability to manage recruitment and talent development processes.
Experience in compensation and benefits administration.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Capability to handle private information with good sense and wisdom.

Completa l'offerta

Salary ranging from €55000 to €65000 annually.
Performance-based bonus structure.
Permanent contract in Milano, travel 20%
