Administer, maintain, and optimize VMware ESXi virtualization environments
Manage and support Windows Server infrastructures and Active Directory services
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot networking components, including routing and basic firewall management
Administer and maintain storage systems, including RAID and SAN environments
Manage, monitor, and support Linux-based systems
Ensure the reliability and effectiveness of backup systems and related processes
Support and manage containerized environments based on Docker and Kubernetes
Administer and maintain VoIP platforms, including Asterisk and Cisco solutions
Monitor system performance and ensure the availability, stability, and security of the IT infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues across servers, networks, storage, and virtualization platforms
Collaborate with internal teams to support business-critical IT operations and continuous infrastructure improvement initiatives.

1-8 years of experience in System Administration and Infrastructure Management
Excellent knowledge of virtualization technologies, with strong expertise in VMware ESXi
Extensive experience in managing Windows Server environments and Active Directory
Extensiveexperience inmanagingnetworkinginfrastructures,including:
- Routing
- Basic firewall administration
Excellentknowledgeofstoragesystems,including:
- RAID
- SAN environments
Extensive experience in administering Linux systems
Extensive experience in managing and maintaining backup solutions
Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
GoodknowledgeofVoIPsystems,particularly:
- Asterisk
- Cisco VoIP solutions
Italian language proficiency: B2 level
English language proficiency: C1 level.
