The Supply Planning Manager is the lead of the category for the Supply Planning process and is responsible to optimise the E2E supply chain of that category.

Our Client is an important FMCG company operating in the food manufacturing sector, producing internationally recognized confectionery products distributed across global markets.

Offerta

The Supply Planning Manager is responsible for balancing demand and supply, optimizing service levels, inventory, and supply chain costs. The role coordinates local, regional, and global S&OP processes, ensures MPS execution, and acts as the key liaison with factories and co-manufacturers for supply planning activities.Activities:

  • Leads the regional supply planning activities (DRP/Deploy, MPS, RCCP) for the specific category, including stock level setting and optimizing the E2E supply chain mid and long term;
  • Creates and execute the DRP and Deployment plan following the business rules and S&OP decisions for prioritization (e.g., execute temporary product allocation, safety stocks, etc.);
  • Manages the SLA agreements and distribution planning parameters with the local Ocs (both factory and commercial);
  • Reviews and understand the top net demand deviations and contact OCs for supply priority decision;
  • Collaborates with other Supply planners (incl. Co-pack Supply planner) to share priorities, understand feedback from the plants and assess possible scenarios;
  • Assess the end-to-end allocation and the mid / long-term prioritisation based on margins, financial impact and customer segmentation (incl.penalties);
  • Expert and Key user of supply planning tool O9 for the related category;
  • Follows up on inventory planning and deployment planning metrics and reporting.



Competenze ed esperienza

The successful candidate:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Econometrics, or related field;
  • 7/8 years of experience in Supply Planning and Production Planning in FMCG industry;
  • Experience with planning tools;
  • Knowledge of O9;
  • Experience with SAP4HANA and Power BI;
  • ERP/Planning Tool implementation experience will be consider a plus;
  • Stakeholder management and problem solving;
  • Proficiency in English.
