Specialist Corporate Banking - International Bank

Your mission

Client Coverage:

• Support Senior Bankers in the identification of client needs, advisory activities and the ongoing profitability management of corporate clients based on structured needs analyses, engagement strategies, and client plans;
• Support Senior Bankers in drafting documentation for internal credit risk committees.
• After an appropriate onboarding period, progressively assume responsibilities and execute client onboarding processes and "Know Your Customer" (KYC) requirements in line with regulatory standards

Product Specialist (Corporate Lending):

• Execution , as product specialist, of Corporate Lending - transactions. Prepare, implement, or support the implementation of credit and transaction documentation, including confidentiality agreements, standard and bespoke loan agreements, ensuring completeness of documentation, compliance with approvals and proper documentation tracking.
• Build up and continuously expand product expertise and support the development of related sales approaches, including presentations, in close cooperation with product areas such as Treasury Products or Debt Capital Markets.
• Actively contribute to the credit process in your role as a Product Specialist for Corporate Lending products, with a strong focus on execution using tools and systems . This includes partial support of CRM processes, acting as a central interface for internal stakeholders and monitoring the credit approval process.
