Salva Torna alla ricerca Offerta Riepilogo Opportunità di carriera Pubblicato il 29/06/2026Leading Italian multinational company in the FMCG industryGreat job opportunityAziendaLeading Italian multinational company in the FMCG industry base in Monza and Brianza provinceOffertaAs a Manufacturing Excellence Engineer you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving Manufacturing Excellence standards across the plant, in close collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams.You will play a key role in driving Operational Excellence, improving OEE, reducing losses and downtime, and embedding Lean / TPM methodologies across all production areas, with a strong focus on operator engagement and capability building.Main Activities:* You will lead the deployment and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Excellence methodologies (TPM / Lean / WCM) across the plant, ensuring alignment with production and maintenance teams.* You will drive Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Professional Maintenance (PM), and Focused Improvement (FI) activities, ensuring structured execution and sustainability.* You will monitor and analyze key production KPIs (OEE, downtime, MTBF, MTTR), identifying losses and defining improvement actions.* You will support daily production meetings by analyzing the last 24 hours of performance data and coordinating immediate corrective actions.* You will lead weekly performance reviews, identifying long-term improvement opportunities and supporting the OEE governance process.* You will facilitate and lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa), ensuring cross-functional involvement and root cause elimination.* You will support and standardize operational practices (5S, CIL, SMED, OPL, CBA, Technical Cleaning, Process Controls).* You will coordinate AM planning activities, including structured maintenance sessions and operator involvement programs.* You will contribute to capability building by supporting training programs for operators and team leaders in Lean / TPM methodologies.* You will ensure proper KPI tracking and reporting, supporting management in decision-making and continuous improvement priorities.Competenze ed esperienzaEducation:Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or similar.Work Experience:2-3 years of experience in Manufacturing Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Continuous Improvement roles within FMCG or structured manufacturing environments.Skills:Strong knowledge of TPM / Lean Manufacturing / World Class Manufacturing principlesExperience with AM, PM, and FI pillarsStrong problem-solving skills (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA)Ability to analyze production data (OEE, downtime, MTBF, MTTR)Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder managementAdvanced Excel and familiarity with MES/ERP systemsProactive, hands-on, and results-oriented mindsetLanguages:Italian nativeBusiness EnglishCompleta l'offertaWork location: Monza and Brianza (province)Contract type: PermanentRAL 35.000 - 42.000 €Opportunity to work in a structured FMCG/manufacturing environmentStrong exposure to Lean / TPM transformation initiativesHigh impact role on plant performance and operational excellenceSe sei interessato a questa opportunità come Manufacturing Excellence Engineer a Monza, candidati ora e unisciti a un'azienda leader nel settore FMCG!
