Through the dedication of a talented team, they are committed to one mission: strengthening their premium fashion outlets, proactively driving footfall and, in partnership with their brands, growing sales and creating value for investors.OffertaProvide independent and autonomous legal advice to all departments of a Italian premium fashion outlet centre, with a focus on lease law & real estate law.Draft, review, and negotiate business lease agreements and commercial lease agreements with tenants/brand stores.Draft, review and advise on other commercial agreements for the centre, including (among others) construction-related contracts, shop fit and project management agreements, facility management and marketing agreements, cooperation agreements, marketing and retail event contracts, and service agreements with external providers.Support Centre Management and Leasing Teams in lease negotiations and operational legal matters.Coordinate with internal departments (Leasing, Retail, Operations, Marketing, Finance) across all legal matters, acting as a key legal business partner.Prepare contractual documentation and manage internal approval processes in coordination with internal teams and external counsels.Ensure compliance with national and EU legislation, including GDPR and ESG requirements and keep the business informed on relevant legal developments.Manage governance processes across the various departments, including influencing Centre stakeholders and driving alignment through effective communication, and provide regular trainings on Policies & Procedures; Be responsible for record keeping of contracts and key documents related to the outlet.Maintain and manage legal approval forms and a contracts database.Provide legal guidance on topics such as compliance, data protection, and insurance-related matters.Manage legal projects across various areas of law.Manage and coordinate internal and external correspondence, including with Managing Directors and public authorities;
