Reporting to the FP&A Senior Manager, the FP&A Manager will drive financial performance analysis for the DACH region, supporting budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and profitability monitoring. Reporting to the FP&A Senior Manager, the FP&A Manager will monitor and analyze the financial performance of Dach market, with a specific focus on P&L, margins and profitability by region, channel and customer segment. Understanding of cash flow management principles is preferred.

Partnering closely with commercial teams and local stakeholders, the role will support business performance reviews, month end closure activities, budgeting and forecasting processes, and the development of actionable insights to guide management decisions.

Key responsibilites:

  • Monitor financial performance of dach market, analyzing the full P&L of the Dach region, margins and profitability by brand, channel and customer segment.
  • Partner with commercial teams to evaluate business performance
  • Conduct variance analysis versus budget, forecast and prior periods to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support business cases for new market entries, product launches and commercial strategies.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly corporate reporting packages in line with Group guidelines
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across all reporting systems.
  • Own budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned market, coordinating with local teams to ensure robust financial planning.
  • Develop analytical reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
  • Enhance controlling processes, tools and methodologies to improve the quality and speed of financial analysis.
  • Drive standardization of reporting templates and KPIs for the assigned area.
  • Develop customer P&L statements for key customers and partner with local finance and sales teams to drive profitable regional growth.

Competenze ed esperienza

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in controlling, ideally in an international, commercially driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of P&L dynamicsand commercial performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of cash flow logic.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Solid knowledge of corporate reporting frameworks and financial planning processes.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail with a hands-on approach.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Available for occasional short business trips to Munich.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with enterprise systems and analytical tools, including IBM and Power BI.
