Senior Accountant

Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee the accounting and financial reporting activities of 8 SPVs.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Review general ledger accounts, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions.
• Coordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal procedures.

Tax & Regulatory Compliance

• Coordinate tax compliance activities, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax requirements, with the support of external advisors.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
• Support external audits and act as a key point of contact for auditors and consultants.

Team Coordination

• Manage and coordinate a team of 4 accountants, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Monitor workload allocation and ensure timely completion of all accounting activities.
• Promote and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with Asset Management, Property Management, Treasury, and other internal functions.
• Support the Finance Manager in responding to ad hoc requests from management and shareholders.
• Liaise with banks, external consultants, service providers, and auditors.

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement efficiencies in accounting and reporting processes.
• Contribute to finance transformation and automation initiatives where appropriate.
• Support special projects related to acquisitions, disposals, financing transactions, and corporate reorganizations.
