Salva Torna alla ricerca Offerta Riepilogo Opportunità di carriera Pubblicato il 25/06/2026Ensure efficient production planning and continuity.Optimize material flows, inventory, and supply reliability.AziendaWell-established industrial company within the consumer goods sector, characterized by a dynamic environment and a strong focus on operational performance.OffertaKey Responsibilities:Lead the team to reach operational goals with a hands‑on approach, ensuring alignment and seamless execution across functions.Lead and develop the MRP and production scheduling activities, ensuring accurate planning and seamless execution across functions.Build and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term production plans (daily/weekly/monthly), balancing capacity, constraints, and demand priorities.Own the MRP process, ensuring accurate parameter setting (lead times, safety stocks, reorder points) and accurate supply planning.Ensure material availability (raw materials, components, semi-finished goods) in line with production requirements and service level targets.Optimize production sequencing and scheduling, minimizing setup times, improving line efficiency, and reducing downtime.Act as the central coordination point between production, supply chain, procurement, logistics, maintenance, and quality.Manage planning deviations and disruptions (machine breakdowns, shortages, urgent orders), ensuring rapid re-planning and continuity.Drive and monitor Factory Reliability KPIs related to planning accuracy, adherence, and service level.Maintain full control of inventory planning, ensuring the right balance between availability, working capital, and obsolescence.Ensure alignment between system and physical stock, improving inventory accuracy and root-cause resolution of discrepancies.Collaborate with procurement to ensure supplier reliability and inbound flow optimization, based on forecast and consumption analysis.Lead continuous improvement initiatives on MRP processes, planning tools, and material flow efficiency.Competenze ed esperienzaA successful MRP & Production Scheduling Manager should have:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Management Engineering or similar.Systemic thinking, with the ability to understand the full operational ecosystem and manage critical interdependencies beyond day to day complexity.Forward looking mindset, able to anticipate business demand and operational risks thanks to a solid understanding of demand dynamics.High accuracy and execution discipline, ensuring strong control over production tracking processes and material movement activities.Effective problem solving skills, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing practical, actionable solutions.Change management capability, leading transformation initiatives through competence, credibility and example driven leadership.Fluent English.Strong proficiency in MS Office.Experience working with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.Completa l'offertaCompetitive annual salary ranging from €65,000 to €75,000.Additional benefits, including a company-provided mobile phone.Opportunity to work in a large organization within the FMCG industry.A permanent role based in Lainate with growth opportunities.If you are ready to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply for the MRP & Production Scheduling Manager role today.
