In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for all internal technology-related requests, helping employees resolve technical issues efficiently and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the European organization.In addition to operational support, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing improvement of our IT infrastructure, supporting the team in identifying enhancements and new solutions.We are looking for someone with a curious mindset and a genuine interest in technology, eager to learn, grow, and gradually get exposure to innovative topics, including emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.Key Responsibilities* Provide first-level technical support to end users via helpdesk tickets, phone, email, and in-person assistance* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner* Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices* Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including account creation, device setup, and access management* Monitor and respond to IT support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately* Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets (hardware, software licenses, peripherals)* Support the installation, configuration, and update of software applications* Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi connectivity and basic network troubleshooting* Document technical procedures, FAQs, and IT policies for internal knowledge base* Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and system upgrades* Support the team in identifying improvements to IT tools and processes, suggesting ideas where appropriate* Assist in small innovation initiatives and gain exposure to new technologies over time* Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection regulationsCompetenze ed esperienzaRequirementsTechnical Skills:* Knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and ERP systems* Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)* Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow) is a plus* Knowledge of Active Directory and user account management is a plus* Knowledge of ERP Galileo is a plusOther Skills:* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal* Patient, user-friendly approach when assisting non-technical staff* Good problem-solving and analytical thinking* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively* Team player with a proactive and positive attitude* Curiosity and willingness to learn and improve continuously* Fluent in EnglishEducation & Experience:* Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) * 2-5 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role* IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft certifications are considered an assetCompleta l'offerta* Opportunities for professional growth and certifications* A collaborative and dynamic work environment* Hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies CCNL Commercio, RAL 30.000 €, Bonus 6% della RALConsulenteEduardo CarusoJob refJN-062026-7041519RiepilogoSettoreInformation TechnologySettore/RuoloIT SupportSettoreIndustrial / ManufacturingCittàRomaTipo di contrattoIndeterminatoNome del consulenteEduardo CarusoNumero dell´offertaJN-062026-7041519
