La figura ricercata

Main Responsibilities:

  • IT Key user will be part of the operational site management (so that he or she can also take decisions if necessary);
  • IT Key user will be involved in the project from the start;
  • IT Key user knows how the system is configured and why certain choices have been made;
  • IT Key user is also required to be present at the FAT tests (building up knowledge structure and system);
  • IT Key user will play a central role in the operation of the WMS system: he should act as the first port of call when the system doesn't perform as planned;
  • IT Key User will deal with the WMS TEAM to solve issues;
  • IT Key user prevents all kinds of communication errors and guarantees the most effective method to involving the help desk;
  • Together with the WMS TEAM a key user could also be involved in training regular users;
  • The WMS TEAM from time to time can assess the knowledge levels of staff to be able to judge if additional training is needed.
