The client, based in Abu Dhabi, is one of the region's largest asset managers. They engage in multiple asset classes, Capital Markets, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit and more across multiple sectors globally.
Job Description
Primary responsibilities will be:
- Strategise and lead associates and analysts to execute the sales development plans
- Be the point of contact across all ongoing communication with clients and prospects, and lead client management
- Build and mainatin client relationship management
- Acquire market intelligence by developing a deep knowledge of the various capital market products (ETFs, equities, fixed income, etc)
- Build strategies and lead roadshows and marketing events
Competenze ed esperienza
The ideal candidate will:
- Be able & willing to work in Abu Dhabi;
- Have 7-9 years of experience on the buy-side within capital market sales
- Have a degree from a top institution; will ideally have completed an MBA
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential
- Be hands-on, detail oriented & able to function in a lean environment
- Have strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Be able to lead, develop & manage a strong team
- Have excellent attention to detail
