Ruolo
You will support the partnership with business stakeholders to deliver HR activities aligned to the D&A service catalogue and collaborate across global HRTCs and stakeholders across all areas to deliver the HR agenda.
General Key Accountabilities:
- Work with the D&A team to translate business needs into best in class HR solutions - work with the Italy
D&A to deliver Local HR activities related to (Hiring, Exit, Promotions, internal transfers, Comp review, Record management, H&S,..)
-Ensure effective delivery of agreed HR products and interventions to the business
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Bank Policies and Policy Standards Special Projects:
- Support the head of HR in managing ER related activities (Disciplinary, capability and Grievance, Unions/WC)
- Support the head of HR in delivering a wide HR Policy review process As a People Advisory Partner, you will act as an enabler and trusted advisor to business stakeholders, using
analytics and insight to shape the business strategy and enable a sustainable, high performance culture. You will
support the partnership with business stakeholders to deliver HR activities aligned to the D&A service catalogue
and collaborate across global HRTCs and stakeholders across all areas to deliver the HR agenda. Risk and Control Objective
-Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise
Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Bank Policies and Policy Standards.
Il candidato prescelto
The successful candidate will have a:
-General experience (min 4 years) within the fields of Generalist HR (HR Business partnering, Employee
Relations, Organisational Change, Reward, Performance Development, Talent Management and Resourcing)
-Considerable degree of relevant experience in managing Employee Relations cases and HR Policy and
Standards implementation and Review (ideally cross-border/multi-jurisdictional experience)
-Strong and Proven knowledge of Labour law and Banking Bargaining Collective agreement
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with all levels of management--Very fluent English
