For a Company in Pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for a Temporary Product Manager.

He/she is responsible for developing the brand plan in accordance with the Business Unit strategies.

Develops a strategic vision for the assigned product/s and addressing the local brand challenges and explores market trends.

Ensures the implementation of product strategies, with Medical and Market Access in the context of cross-functional plans both at national and European level.

Checks the actions taken in the field.

Job Description

Brand Plan Implementation

  • Develop and execute product strategies and Plans, including Market Analysis, target identification and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and manage a product vision, strategy, and roadmap that maximizes business value through strong alliance with internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire product development process, managing timelines and budgets.
  • Work together with EU Brand Team (headquarters) to adapt EU strategies at a local level

Development and Implementation of Marketing Activities

  • Interaction with agencies (contact, quotes, etc.). Development of promotional materials in accordance with the Brand Plan following the reference SOPs
  • Management of clinical contacts for the development and testing of materials and planned marketing initiatives with the Cross- Functional Team
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with KOL and Scientific Societies to gather insights and feedback to monitor the product positioning.
  • Conduct Market Research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and opportunities for product enhancements or line extension.
  • Manage of congress activities, sponsorships and CME (and internal coordination of activities)
  • And promotional media recall
  • Manage Product inventory, supply chain and distribution strategies to ensure product availability and efficient supply management.
  • Monitor product performance, sales data and market trends to make data-driven decisions on pricing, positioning and promotional activities.

    Cross - Functional Attitude
    • Collaborate with cross- functional team, including Medical, Sales, Market Access and Regulatory Affairs to drive the development of existing Products or the launch of new Product.
    • Collaborate with the Regulatory Affair team to ensure product comply with relevant regulations, obtain necessary approvals and maintain compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Support the Company in the relationship with Alliance for specific projects (development of promotional materials and sponsorships)
    • Local interface for international product teams

    Field Support

    • Support the Sales Team by providing product knowledge, training materials and sales tools to effectively promote and sell product.
    • Develop Digital Marketing Campaigns and product messaging that align and support the overall brand strategy.
    • Collection of competitive intelligence insights
    • Respect the rules of compliance, law 231, code of ethics.
    • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ensure that products comply with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards. Work closely with regulatory affairs teams to navigate the complex regulatory landscape, obtain necessary approvals, and maintain compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Updated on industry trends, competitive activities and regulatory changes that may impact product development and marketing strategies.

  • Business acumen and understanding of marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, English Language and Market research tools.
