Offerta

The Technical Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Enhance, organise, and conduct service training aligned with international practices for the local channel partner and service network
  • Continuously improve local training standards
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting to channel partners
  • Consult on after-sales aspects including service, maintenance, and spare parts
  • Assist the Sales team with technical information and expertise
  • Foster relationships with key technical decision-makers at channel partners and end customers

Competenze ed esperienza

  • Degree or diploma in engineering.
  • Experience in the training of technological products, ideally in the field of food service
  • Equipment
  • Negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong orientation towards teamwork.
  • Precision and attention to detail in the management of daily activities.
  • Fluent in English is a must; proficiency in any other language is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and influence other teams.
  • Proactive and result-oriented.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
