Reaching and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets for spare parts
Driving continuous improvement across key KPIs, including:

  • Taking full operational ownership of spare parts activities, with a strong hands‑on presence in the warehouse supporting bus distribution and after‑sales operations
  • Managing and continuously improving key aftermarket KPIs such as Stock Turnover Rate, Stock Accuracy Ratio, Idle Stock Ratio, Order Processing Time, Warehouse Utilization, and Damage Rate
  • Proactively controlling spare parts inventory to prevent overstock, slow‑moving, and aging stock, typical of a B2B bus environment with complex, low‑rotation SKUs
  • Ensuring high spare parts availability to support workshops, service partners, and fleet customers, minimizing vehicle downtime and maximizing fleet uptime
  • Working closely with Service, After Sales, Technical, and Supply Chain teams to align parts availability with maintenance plans, service agreements, and customer commitments
  • Leading the Spare Parts and warehouse team through on‑the‑job coaching, daily supervision, structured training, and regular performance reviews
  • Identifying inefficiencies directly in warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, returns) and implementing pragmatic, data‑driven corrective actions
  • Owning quarterly KPI reviews, translating performance deviations into concrete improvement actions focused on service level, cost control, and operational reliability
  • Acting as the operational interface between the local organization and the OEM spare parts standards and processes, ensuring compliance while adapting to local market needs

Competenze ed esperienza

  • Spare parts inventory and warehouse management with a focus on accuracy, availability, and cost efficiency
  • Continuous analysis and improvement of key performance indicators, including stock turnover, inventory accuracy, and obsolete stock reduction
  • Customer service excellence through timely parts availability and effective issue resolution
  • Leadership and development of high-performing teams, including coaching, training, and performance management
  • Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, for inventory control and process integration
  • Proven ability to optimize stock levels, reduce aging inventory, and streamline warehouse operations
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex challenges and deliver results
