Overall responsibility for the Parts and Services business development.
Continuously evaluate the mix of all products of Industrial Cooling well suited for the market. Promote actively specific ranges of products
Be continuously updated on market price levels with details about main competitors.
Integrate a mix of promotional actions (articles, advertisements, seminars, etc.)
Coordinate Territory Management. Define and optimize continuously the number and geographical spread of service technicians. Update continuously the list of machine population in order to achieve 1:1 ratio.
Be a coach and motivator for the service and future team: Have the right people at the right place. Empower and grow the people in line with our corporate values and guidelines in "The Way We Do Things".
In close cooperation with the service managers in the region, responsibility for the financial results covers turnover, profit, functional costs and working capital.
Be a key member of the Company's Management Team: Care and be a driving force for the Company's overall performance and image. Be familiar with Company's "The Way We Do Things", the product Company QA-Manual and "Business Code of Practice" and apply in daily operations.
Support the General manager with the development and implementation of policies, processes, procedures and tools so that the required quality and safety standards are met in all aspects . Ensure that those processes, policies and work instructions are adhered to.
As a leader you will raise the team spirit through interaction with your team and the other internal departments. A continuous collaboration with engineering, sales team, production and finance will be crucial in this role to maximize the business enhancement for the Division. Your role will be key for the continuous transformation to remain in the front line of our services in the world.
Organize regular PQM's
Cooperate with the equipment sales dpt. to optimize the sales of equipment, parts and services for existing and new installations.
Contribute highly to the development of systems, sales tools and training to achieve a competitive advantage in the market.
Competenze ed esperienza
The ideal candidate has the following profile:
Technically university degree or similar through experience
Result-oriented and experienced professional with proven track record at least 3 years in Aftermarket of industrial equipment (preferable with an experience in the industrial refrigeration) both in direct and distributor channels, who has experience in managing a service team. Good knowledge of the Parts and Services product range and applications is an asset
Keen interest and hands-on user experience with IT systems.
Good command of Italian & English in both writing and speaking is a must.
Proactive, dynamic performer with strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills always striving at new challenges and ideas.
Ambitious personality with excellent diplomatic and negotiating skill.
Able to manage people and create trustworthy and fair relations.
Availability for frequent travelling
