Implement and optimize service strategies. (project delivery and maintenance, customer satisfaction management, service solution promotion, and identification and promotion of new service business models)· Understand the customer's business, organization, and service structure. Develop service-related key customer relationships globally, including local Huawei subsidiaries/Rep offices.· Execute VOC management activities, identify and improve weak points, and driven the global team ensure and improve customer satisfaction.· Support key delivery projects and resolve delivery issues of partners.· Clarify key business requirements and master business solutions. Participate in the development of reasonable service commercial strategies to support competition.Competenze ed esperienzaThe ideal Senior Fullfill Responsible:- Has experience in customer satisfaction and VOC management, periodic communication with customers at the CTO level, and requirement guidance, and experience in supporting or hosting customer discussion meetings.-Has experience in selling service solutions, identifying customers' installed base problems or potential requirements, converting them into opportunities, and signing contracts. Have experience in leading or supporting the implementation of service contracts until revenue is realized.-Has experience as a service representative or in promoting product (including service product) optimization at the frontline, and have successful cases in the industry.-Has Understanding of PV and energy storage industry, practical product installation experience, understanding of common technical problems and solutions experience is preferred.-Understand PV or ESS industry knowledge.-Is Familiar with project delivery and maintenance service support.- Has Experience in customer support and project management is needed (including knowledge of contracts and budgeting).
