He/She will be responsible of the following activities:Monthly pre-closing and closing activities, managing the existing reporting modelSales reporting & analysisP&L Reporting by BU (Sales, Gross Margins, Opex, Capex) and variance analysisManaging the budget and forecast processesStock accounting management and controlImproving reporting systems and outputsEnsure the timely uploading of the financial data into the group's consolidation softwareActivities related to the annual/quarterly financial statementsSupport CFO, to redefine and implement internal process and proceduresCompetenze ed esperienzaMaster's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent education, with 5-7 years of experience in controlling roles, ideally within multinational fashion or consumer‑goods environmentsStrong analytical mindset with solid experience in data analysis, forecasting methodologies, and business intelligence tools; advanced proficiency in MS Excel and OfficeProven ability to manage monthly closing, budgeting, and reporting processes with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact effectively at different organizational levelsHighly organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment; proactive and intellectually curious approachFluent in English and Italian; knowledge of Stealth ERP is considered a plusCompleta l'offerta The opportunity to join a dynamic, international fashion group and play a key role within the Finance & Controlling team during an important phase of business growth and enhancement of managerial processes.
