The client, based in Qatar, is a multi-billion dollar investment vehicle that has built a significant global portfolio consisting of a wide range of asset classes.
La figura ricercata
The following are the responsibilities of the role:
- Providing recommendations (supported with analysis) to enhance trading strategies
- Create FX trading plans, based on the trading strategy devised for the market
- Setting rates for the Agents, based on the strategy defined, and appropriately reviewing of all proposed price changes
- Proposing innovative pricing tactics and structure various derivative strategy to get the best results
- Providing thought leadership with respect to value creation ideas and own execution to deliver quantifiable results once approved
Il candidato prescelto
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- A bachelor's degree at a reputed university in finance, accounting, economics or related subjects
- At least of 7 years' of FX trading experience at a leading bank, preferably with derivative structures experience
- Ability to multitask, thrive and manage in a fast paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
- Extremely strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to conceptualize issues, and synthesize data to provide strategic direction and execution
- Strong communication skills and ability to act as change agent
