Senior Accountant - Private Equity

Accounting and reporting

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Production of periodic KPI reports
• Manage the AP & AR Processes
• Working with head of company and SPV administration unit to manage the company's and SPV's liquidity and cash flow projections
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Liaison with external auditors
• Liaison with tax and accounting outsourcer
• Working with the broader management team in the production of forecasts and other financial analysis as required
• Purchase Price Allocation accounting
• Consolidated accounting and financial statements under ITA GAAP

Compliance and regulatory

• Preparation and filings of reports for local regulatory body
• Follow policies and procedures
• Improve and update policies and procedures
