Ruolo
- Drive sales programs through tele sales and personal consultations with our customers to grow the market.
- Be responsible for planning, coordinating and developing sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation strategies and CRM drive.
- Development of sales staff including recruitment, training plan, tracking of achievement and performance reviews.
- Have complete ownership of all other relevant business aspects and expansion related to the program, with a strong focus on business development and lead generation.
- The role includes full ownership of direct sales in the country and to reach sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Il candidato prescelto
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree
- 5+ years of professional experience - sales, marketing or consulting
- Proven leadership experience and skills (successfully leading a team of minimum 10 people)
- Fluent Italian and English level both oral and written
- Experience in sales (B2C or B2B) and a great interest in coaching other sales people
- Srong analytical skill, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Working/Studying abroad experience valued
