Job Description

Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and achieving sales targets for assigned products, focusing on assortment, product mix, promotional performance, and activation.
  • Managing relationships with key clients, constructing, evaluating, and implementing a shared business plan with retailers.
  • Ensuring timely and complete completion of all account administration.
  • Actively seeking and proposing new concepts and strategies in agreement with Customer Marketing Managers.
  • Proactively reviewing, reconstructing, and improving future processes.
  • Coordinating and influencing cross-functionally, such as Ops, ISE, Category Management, with a solution-focused approach.
  • Providing support and coverage for the Senior Sales Manager in operational and team leadership.
  • Making a solid contribution to the international account team by linking local account strategy, actions, and processes to the international team, positively contributing to overall account results.

Competenze ed esperienza

  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Account Management, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of market scenarios and competitors.
  • Ability to manage customer P&L, budgets, and product mix.
  • Experience in drafting and managing shared business plans and KPIs.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work at a strategic level, identifying opportunities and solutions.
