Ruolo

1. Management
Manage the assigned organizational unit in terms of people (asset manager and Key account
managers), performance, budget and working conditions in a way that enables the organizational unit
to reach the goals.
Core activities:
* Ensure an optimal and clear definition of the tasks and responsibilities.
* Manage, set priorities and coordinate the timely and correct execution of the tasks.
* Manage, coach and challenge the employees in order to maximize their performance and assure
their satisfaction.
* Set, manage and control the budget, time and costs.
2. Client Management (Retailer and Renter)
Execute Client management in cooperation with the business development.
Core activities:
* Visit regularly the assigned clients (retailers and renters).
* Address any conflicts in case of complaints and/or customer dissatisfaction.
* Set up a sales plan and client evaluations and study current and future needs.
* Formulate recommendations to meet client needs.
* Carry on negotiations and set up and maintain contracts.
3. Relationship Management
To maintain relationships with existing customer and prospects in order to guarantee customer
satisfaction
Core activities:
* Ensure proper (key) account management.
* Participate in networking events.
* Maintain renters relations and follow cases of misuse.
4. Business Development
Increase the customer portfolio (retailers) in the area of influence.
