Our esteemed customer is a leading manufacturer of solar streetlights.

Ruolo

- Scale-up and manage the Company's activity in the area (Italy)
- Implementation of the sales strategy in accordance with the corporate sales
policy and the Europe Sales Director.
- Market analysis and segmentation
- Market penetration of solar lighting technology in the public lighting sector
- Prescription to public lighting Institutions /Municipalities / Cities /
contracting authority / building and installation companies and other major
targets of the lighting market
- Prescription to private and public key accounts
- Promotion of Company's off-grid solar lighting range and brand
- Management of the local sales partners
- Development of sales and turn-over in the area
- Development and monitoring of the customer portfolio
- Communication actions, International and Local Exhibitions
- Collaboration with in-house technical teams (After sales, Operations and
Engineering Department)
- Technical follow-up of installed sites (in collaboration with the Operations
Department)
- Benchmarking
- Reporting to the European Sales Director

Il candidato prescelto

3 to 5 years University Degree - Trade / Business
Sales and Business Strategy
New Business Development
Market Analysis and Penetration
Native person required, Professional Level in English or French
Management skills - hierarchical and transversal
Lobbyist/Influencer in a context of long and complex sales circuits with different decision-makers
to convince
Excellent knowledge of the public lighting market in Italy
Extensive field experience of sales process
Leading mentality - Strongly Organized - Result oriented- Managerial autonomy - High
versatility
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
