Ruolo

Expected results

 Achieve of the sales budget (sales and margin)
 Achieve the OWC budget (Operating Working Capital) (Overdues, Receivables, Optimized Inventory based on commercial forecasting and business plans for new products/projects

Position sizing
 Number of countries covered: 1, Italy
 Size of customers portfolio: 40
 Numbers of persons to supervise: 2 Sales Managers (Utilities + Infra/Industry) / 3 customer service employees.

Areas of responsibility

In charge of the construction of the yearly sales budget and monthly forecast. Contribute to the long term GO PREMIUM strategy of the BU
Translate on annual basis the sales budget in an action sales plan. Realize the monthly budget
Initiating and promoting various commercial activities in coordination with the marketing department
Determination of the sales conditions and prices in Italy, taking in consideration a real price differentiation strategy based on a ABCZ product and customer classification and the direct marketing expenses.
Develop KA's relationship on a WW basis
Coach the sales and account managers in their sales activities
Build and maintain and develop the commercial network
The management of the Key Account Managers in terms of the orders follow up, deliveries, invoicing, payment and stock levels
Manage, animate and control the Customer Service Team
Be an active member of the monthly S&OP process
Direct and control the expenditure within the Commercial Department.
Support the Business Unit Marketing department in collecting Market Information (market size, market share, price, products, promotions, information about competitors, ...)
