Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the European markets.
  • Analyze competitor products and value propositions to inform our market positioning and product development strategy.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to suggest and guide product tweaks for local market adaptation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market requirements.
  • Drive business development activities, including lead generation, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for the controls product in the European markets.
  • keep Updated with the industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to anticipate market shifts.

Competenze ed esperienza

  • Experience in the industry/related field.
  • Proven track record of successful business development in European markets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Italian.
