Retail Training Manager - Electronic Company

The candidate will be responsible for retail training strategy planning, execution, and management for the EU
region.* Based on business strategy and demand, developing product training plan, setting up regional
retail training system
* Developing or localising HQ product training materials according to the need of the Retail team
* Developing competence and skills training courses and training projects for internal
development
* Managing the trainer team, certification and training, organising regional TTT
* Managing Online learning platform, promoting regional training system and managing its
operation
