An international accessories brand present in different Countries.
The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Propose and collaborate in the definition of the strategy, global objectives and budget in coordination with the other areas.
- Direct the execution of the action plan, define and implement preventive, corrective and improvement actions, ensuring a regular plan of visits to the stores in order to monitor the development of processes and performance of teams.
- Lead and supervise the operational teams of the market and ensure the interface with different departments, coordinating the action plans and objectives of the Area Managers.
- Define actions that lead to the improvement of the brand's positioning for attracting new customers, focusing on the expansion of the franchising model.
- Monitor the Human Resources allocated to the market and supervise the implementation of the Human Resources policies in force in the Organization.
