Our Client is a sound and well known Multinational Group of fashion retail industry with several stores in both in the north and in the south of the Country.
Job Description
- Partner with the Retail and Finance Function to analyze, at all necessary levels of detail (by channel, by store type, by store, by brand, etc.) sales trends, item level data, pricing and promotional plans, markdown impacts and budgets. Drive the constant improvement of performance to the Retail Excellence
- Lead the weekly meetings presentations to update cross-functionally on meaningful sales and budget reports along with the analysis of the KPIs (Footfall, Conversion, UPT, ATV, % Sellout at Full RRP)
- Deep understanding of CRM/Consumer KPIs as Spontaneous awareness, Consideration, Contactable consumer base, average Basket, Frequency
- Assist in the company's periodical financial and reforecast submissions
- Contribute to the design and management of the budgeting and forecast process.
- Review financial data periodically to ensure fairness and completeness of the data
Competenze ed esperienza
- 7+ years of experience in business controlling/analysis roles in multinational retail companies, previous experience in team management will be consider a plus
- Strong knowledge/capabilities in P&L analysis and store operational KPI analysis
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the business and across diverse cultures, excellent verbal, written and executive presentation skills
- Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory)
