Responsabile Commercial Property Management & Accounting

Main responsibilities:

• Conceives holistic strategy for property management and accounting services to be provided by Client
• Networks strategically with Client's service providers
• Coordinates escalation issues concerning service providers
• Represents the Client at investor meetings or similar
• Maintains a regular contact with the Portfolio Development Director
• Set-up and manages a small business unit (up to 2-3 persons)
• Commercial Property Management main activities:
• • Ancillary Costs (tenant settlement)
  • Management of advertising association/ marketing budget
  • Management of mall activities
• Accounting main activities:
• • Lease Contract Management
  • Outgoing invoices
  • General invoice workflow (suppliers)
  • Preparation of financial statements/statutory accounting
  • Management of outstandings
  • Tax processes
