Our client is an innovative pharmaceutical company focused on CNS therapeutic area.

Job Description

Directly reporting to the National Sales Manager, the ideal candidate has the following responsibilities:

  • Implement the sales strategy and activity plan, on a regional level;
  • Manage and monitor the team to achieve the defined goals;
  • Train and develop the team;
  • Monitor the actions and communication of competitors, seeking to anticipate initiatives that allow consolidating and reinforcing product positioning;
  • Establish privilege contacts with KOL's and decision makers to keep them informed about products, clinical aspects and cost-effectiveness;
  • Manage the accomplished results, monitor and analyse the daily, weekly and monthly information provided by CRM, implementing the necessary actions to correct the deviations;
  • Prepare, manage and monitor the budget, proposing the organisation of the necessary activities to achieve the established results;

Competenze ed esperienza

Requirements needed:

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Management or Economics (preferred);
  • Minimum 5 years of operational Pharma Industry experience (highly desirable in CNS);
  • Experience in Team Leadership, specifically in Sales Team Management;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role (preference);
  • Good knowledge of English;
