Act as a liaison with local authorities and regulatory bodies.* Ensure that all civil works meet the project's strict quality standards, conducting regular inspections and audits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.* Develop, monitor, and manage the project schedule, ensuring that deadlines are met. Work with the cost controller to manage the budget, tracking costs and identifying potential savings.* Manage the recycling and treatment of construction waste, ensuring that the project meets sustainability goals while complying with all regulatory requirements related to waste disposal and recycling.* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the demolition, civil, and technological construction phases of the project. Ensure a proactive approach to problem-solving.* Lead, mentor, and develop the civil engineering and construction teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and excellence.* Regularly support the Construction Manager in reporting on project progress to senior management and key stakeholders, providing updates on milestones, risks, budget, and timelines.Competenze ed esperienza* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).* Deep understanding of permitting processes and regulatory compliance, particularly in industrial construction projects.* Proficient with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
