Ruolo
- Support Planning Processes Manager with monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting cycle deliverables
- Contribute to the preparation and to the continuous review and improvement of all financial planning processes, as long-term plan, budget, rolling forecasts, outlooks, facilitating the liaison with multiple stakeholders
- Perform financial analysis and research to provide a broad range of forecasts and financial analytics to support strategic decisions and actions
- Support Planning Processes Manager in performing balance sheet and cash flow variances actual results vs Budget/Forecast (in coordination with Corporate Finance)
- Works as HR Focal point & provides information to Global Divisional Controllers
- Ensures pro-activeness in his/her career development
- Attends educational activities
- Uses own expertise to support the Manager in "people growth" with giving, asking & receiving the right level of feedback
Il candidato prescelto
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Finance, Management Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience, with focus in Business unit/multi plants management reporting. Previous work in Industrial companies is a must
- Strong analytical capabilities and structured mindset
- Concreteness and strong orientation on results
- Fluent English
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
- Experience on SAP FI_CO and BPC tools
- Tableau and PowerBI skills are a plus
- Availability to travel
