The company was founded in 2011 to offer to B2B clients high standard professional products on the market, guaranteeing delivery within 24/48 hours throughout Italy. Then in 2019 the fan-base grows exponentially thanks to the new website and mobile app, and the company expands to sales on foreign markets: France, Germany, Spain, UK.

In this growth scenario, the company has decided to invest in a new role of Performance Marketing Specialist, who will be in charge of the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across various digital channels.


The Performance Marketing Specialist will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CRO, Sales Team and Consultants (Paid Marketing Digital Partners) to develop performance marketing strategies aligned with e-commerce business goals
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in digital marketing and performance advertising
  • Manage and allocate budgets for various campaigns, ensuring cost-effective spending
  • Track and report on spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget
  • Develop, implement, and manage paid full-funnel campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other relevant channels
  • Monitor and analyses campaign performance to ensure objectives are met, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies for different audiences (B2C, B2B)
  • Optimize campaigns to improve KPI such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS with a data-driven approach
  • Analyse data to derive insights on campaign performance
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including recommendations for future strategies
  • Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and strategies

Competenze ed esperienza

The Performance Marketing Specialist has the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in the role (3 years minimum) or similar for marketing agency or digital/ecommerce-first company
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, display, and video advertising
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
