La figura ricercata
- Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables
- Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project
- Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc
- Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives
- Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design
- Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
- Assist in designing and creating storyboards
- Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas
- Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards
Il candidato prescelto
- Experienced in creating motion designs and animations for explainers as well as microanimations for apps
- Exceptional design & layout skills
- Ability to draw and execute storyboards under the direction of the creative lead
- Detail-oriented production skills
- Willing to learn and to improve your skills and to maintain the highest standard of work
- Ability to translate a client brief into a visual narrative
- Agile and flexible working attitude
- Ability to work with high quality standards and willing to set new trends
- Experienced in video editing and postproductions for commercials
- Expert-level knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, ProtoPie, Principle, Photoshop & Illustrator is a must
- Good working knowledge of Sketch and Cinema 4D
- Know how in managing a video production team and a project from concept to final
- Effectively communicate creative ideas
- A team player with positive attitude and flexibility who is happy to share ideas, take constructive feedback

Wir bieten Ihnen äußerst abwechslungsreiche Aufgabenstellungen. Wenn Sie diese attraktive Herausforderung in einem spannenden Umfeld annehmen möchten, freuen wir uns auf Ihre aussagekräftige Bewerbung.
Das Gehalt für diese Position liegt bei 42.000 € brutto/Jahr. Je nach Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation besteht natürlich die Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung dieses Betrags.
