Our client is a leading international specialty pharmaceutical company with an established presence in Europe and in the rest of the world. Our client markets its own products as well as in-licensed products in around 65 countries through its affiliates within Europe and a network of gastroenterology-focused partners throughout the world. For the growth of the Italian branch we are looking for a MARKETING MANAGER


Main responsibilities:

  • Work closely directly and indirectly through product managers with relevant TP marketing and or medical affairs and alliance - distributor management to optimise and implement brand strategies and plans for defined products within existing and new To provide support to alliance managers, other product managers and medical on his her responsibilities
  • To oversee development of brand strategies and plans and to communicate, support , implement and oversee brand plan implementation in markets to ensure maximum potential is achieved
  • To effectively manage departmental budget and report on deviations
  • To effectively lead manage, coach and develop the skills, competencies and knowledge of the brand managers, To coordinate, guide and communicate on regular basis key TP information, policies and developments to direct reports.
  • To support and cooperate with Communication and Events management (and third party agencies) in the organisation of product related events both internal and external
  • Where requested and as defined , to act as product or project manager ( for example BD opportunities) and liaise with relevant TP personnel (for example medical, R & D, BD&L) and support external product stakeholders (such as parent companies of in-licensed products) to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled, reporting where necessary and acting as the contact person for all parties , To support head of Comm. Operations in the development of agreed common processes, SOPs and guidelines

Basic Qualifications & Skills

  • Scientific Degree
  • At least 5 years of experiences in life science or biopharma industry
  • experience in rx-products
  • Team working attitude
  • Proactive, self - starter, autonomous
  • Fluent English
  • Available to travel when required
  • Driving licence b
