Main responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with the Operations Director and the Head of Marketing Department in the definition of the Centre's budget (costs and revenues).
  • Elaboration of an annual calendar of events, shared with the Retail function, to support growth objectives
  • Development and planning of the Marketing, digital, media, PR, tourism and visual plan in order to achieve the objectives set and increase brand awareness among the target audience;
  • Management of external relations with media, digital and press agencies;
  • Management of the Centre's institutional advertising campaigns, as well as all the main campaigns
  • Organization of different events
  • Media planning and buying activities
  • Management of temporary leases (mall activation)
  • Management of the Centre's set-ups for events or holidays.
  • Supplier management (limited to his own area of ​​activity)
  • Definition of Loyalties system of the Center;
  • Constant monitoring of the KPIs set and ROI analysis of the initiatives
  • Management of the Marketing Team of the Center in order to develop and motivate direct reports e maximize their potential and business value
  • Research and development of co-marketing and partnership agreements

Il candidato prescelto

The candidate should:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in shopping centers, outlet villages or, at least, in retail companies
  • Be fluent in Italian and English; German is an important plus
  • Have a degree, possibly in marketing
