La figura ricercata
Working under the responsibility of the Italian Legal Director, he/she will be responsible for the following main activities:
- contracts: risk assessments, drafting and negotiation of international engineering and service contracts, in particular, with large international funding organisations and large private accounts, subcontracting agreements, joint venture agreements and cooperation agreements supporting the Group operational subsidiaries
- assisting operational staff members with management of FIDIC and international funding organisation contracts, in particular, about the drafting and management of claims
- litigation: management of pre-litigation and international litigation fixing the strategy and content of legal documents in coordination with operational units, lawyers and insurers; oversight of lawyers and insurers
- compliance: supporting cross-disciplinary actions of the Legal Department implementing training for operational personnel, drafting standard contracts, communicating legal information, implementing audit procedures.
Il candidato prescelto
Candidates must be trilingual in French, English and Italian.
Required 5-8 years of experience PQE within an international company, preferably, in the infrastructure or building construction sector in ITALY.
Cosa comprende l'offerta
LOCATION: 1 YEAR IN PARIS AND THAN ROME
SALARY: 50-55K DEPENDING ON SENIORITY
