Job Description

We are currently seeking an Intern to join the Italian Client Engagement Team (which manages the selling strategy of the top Clients of PageGroup) that will support us in the following activities:

  • Analysis of the Client's context (business sector, competitors, financial results and key figures, activity report involving consultants in Italy and abroad etc)
  • Preparation of PageGroup presentation, contract/proposal draft
  • Keeping the CRM updated (contracts, activity track record, alerts etc)
  • Coordination of quotations for national/international tenders and PSA
  • Coordination and quality monitoring on big recruitment projects
  • Maintenance and management of correspondence with the top management of the group and with colleagues at national and national and international level
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and collecting relevant information/data
  • Periodic reporting activities, production of reports in Excel, and preparation of presentations for Top Management
  • Participation on any other strategic project/Temporary project in which the Team will be involved

Competenze ed esperienza

Required qualifications, skills and behaviors:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree (preferably in Humanistic or Economics Field, HR background is a plus)
  • Passionate about Human Resources and eager to learn and grow
  • Fluent, both written and spoken in English
  • Solid MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PPT and Teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple demands on time, working autonomously
  • Solutions oriented and problem solving approach
