For an important international company we are looking for a "Sales Manager Molecular - Direct Countries"
La figura ricercata
- She/he will support the senior management to define the MDx business unit go to business strategy through an international sales plan as well as by geographic area;
- She/He will operate, through a "horizontal" management, in a network composed of the various molecular sales structures of the branches listed above; that means being able to work in the international structure;
- She/he will develops and implements Sales strategies and action plans with a clear and strong business orientation actively collaborating with all the subsidiaries.
- She/he will collaborate actively in the search for strategic partnerships with molecular market competitors looking for the best possible commercial value proposition;
- Moreover, the ideal candidate needs to have a strong experience in the Sales Development field, in order to strengthen the image of the company on the market such as a good knowledge/reputation in the Business Community of reference (France-UK-BeNeLux-Germany-US).
Il candidato prescelto
The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:
- Strong reputation, maturity and exposure to protect, develop and growth the Company Molecular business;
- Knowledge of the International Molecular Diagnostic device market and of the mechanisms influencing performance in their territory;
- Strong track record or professional success, in position where she/he successfully managed a team with full sales plan responsibility, in particular in the Molecular Diagnostic sector;
- Knowledge of the MDx sector is a clear advantage;
- Excellence knowledge of English is a prerequisite;
- Effectiveness to develop and to move marketing plan into tangible business results;
- Strong drive for results and sales development orientation;
