  • Delivery of end-to-end recruitment process and continuous improvements
  • Development of attraction strategy, adapting this to suit each level of hiring
  • Vacancy management and online marketing using company website and Applicant Tracking System
  • Manage relationship with agencies and job boards
  • Procurement and distribution of marketing materials and offeree gifts
  • Organisation and execution of recruitment events, building strong relationships with careers services
  • Liaise with candidates and respond to queries
  • Coordination of recruitment funnel, from CV screening through to testing, interviewing and final decisions
  • Managing interview days, scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates
  • Manages post-interview process and continued offeree liaison to maximise conversion (e.g. offeree events)
  • Organisation of internship programmes
  • Maintain trackers and logs, providing updates to local management and global people team
  • Develop and manage local sub-team to provide support and leverage
  • Delivers best possible candidate experience, selling the Company proposition throughout

Training and Induction

  • Ownership of local buddy/mentor scheme and liaising centrally for global coaches where applicable
  • Creating local induction and onboarding programs, coordinating with the central Learning team where applicable
  • Managing and coordinating the local Training schedule and inform management team / staffing
  • Writes new joiner emails / welcome events locally

Engagement, Retention and Talent

  • Manage and resolve issues including capability/performance processes, attendance, investigations and disciplinaries
  • Promote good performance by monitoring feedback and planning remedies.
  • Participate in and represent local office through delivery of appraisal cycles, working with global team to ensure robust and locally compliant process
  • Monitor employee engagement through survey results, listening sessions and other available channels
  • Development and delivery of retention initiatives, working closely with other functions to design and deliver initiatives to promote office culture
  • Monitor and manage employee turnover through exit interviews and data collection, flagging areas of concern and proposing ways to improve
  • Network and integrate with staff as opportunity to understand issues and perceptions
  • Work closely with staffing, recruitment and training to ensure alignment on local topics
  • Milan office lead on diversity and cultural initiatives, participating in task teams and collaborating with D&I networks, and monitoring office progress against targets

HR Operations

  • Respond to payroll or salary related queries from staff and feed in to payroll
  • Delivery of all employee lifecycle events - joiners, leavers, promotions, contractual changes
  • Supports Staffing Partner with staffing related administration, reporting and related initiatives
  • Continuous review of systems and processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and driving necessary improvements
  • HR system administration and data processing
  • Maintain trackers and logs, providing reports and updates to local management and global people team
  • Benefits and leave - management and administration
  • Review local salary and benefits
  • Global mobility and immigration
  • Development and review of HR policies and procedures, ensuring local compliance while complimenting global frameworks/principles
  • Ensure all contractual paperwork is compliant and fit for purpose

Act as a source of knowledge in HR legislation and policy development and increase the level of knowledge within the firm

Il candidato prescelto

Profile of candidate:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Equivalent/Related fields
  • Business fluency in English and Italian
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in similar role preferably in a industrial environment
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Good Organizational skills
  • High integrity, honesty, and courage
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and to manage time effectively.
  • Results driven and problem-solving skills
