Job Description

Working closely with the Human Resources Director, this position is responsible for making strategic decisions based on HR data, executing the overall strategy for the EMEA HR Function level and ensuring that the use of people analytics brings value to the growth of the Group: this includes data governance practices, tools and technology.

This position provides analytical leadership within the EMEA HR function, evolving people data reporting across HR and providing proactive HR related information to all business stakeholders to support business decision making. HR Cost Controlling and People Analytics is also a key partner to the HR Director in corporate HR projects and initiatives, with a focus on OPC (annual budget), payroll review, monthly and quarterly follow-ups, payroll and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact within the HR Function for People data and analytics processes (budget, monthly and quarterly reviews, etc.) producing reports in an agile way that is tailored to the needs of each Business Stakeholder;
  • Drive the delivery of cyclical HR processes such as OPC (yearly budget), salary review, bonus preparation and follow-up, etc. providing an accurate set of data and securing alignment and follow-up with the DHR
  • Lead the transition of EMEA HR processes from an ad hoc people analysis capability and manual reporting to a more predictive and trend-focused approach, designing and implementing predictive dashboards and analyses that present data in a meaningful and actionable framework;
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Compensation and Benefits practices and policies;
  • Build innovative analysestomeasuresuccessofallHRprocesses
  • Design and implement self-service reporting tools and data management that reflects the complexity of business;
  • Partner with key Stakeholders to develop tailored made methodologies to track people costs, headcount, FTE's, etc. so that they can more easily monitor and predict their Staffing levels and costs;
  • Present data both electronically and in person which clearly articulates any findings, assumptions and suggestions that can be used effectively and practically by all stakeholders;
  • Implement HR systems assessment and implementation as needs arise;
  • Partner with the Group Director of HR to support KPI's and deliverables for HR

Competenze ed esperienza

Job qualification, skills and attitudes:

  • At least 7-8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proactive team playing skills in order to achieve common goals;
  • In-depth knowledge of the HR Function;
  • HR BP attitude (social skills, influencing skills, business mind);
  • Advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting with the Group Director of HR, the Senior Management Team and the Executive roles;
  • Excellent consultative skills, understanding business needs and translating those needs into technical requirements;
  • Deep technical hands-on expertise in data analytics, data visualization, business intelligence and automated reporting;
  • Strong creative problem solving with ability to craft tailored solutions to meet the wide range of business needs across the organization;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English and Italian language;
  • Knowledge of trends and benchmarks for People analytics;
  • Process analysis and continuous improvement mindset;
  • Project management;
  • SAP and ERP General skills;
  • Analytical and numerical skills, with a keen attention to detail;
  • Development of suite of reports which can be accessed via self-service;
  • Handling of personal and sensitive data with integrity and ethics.
