Our Client is an important and prestigious multinational Company Head Quartered in Italy and leader globally.

Ruolo

Reporting to Director, Compensation & Total Reward Americas, the candidate will manage following key activitiesHR Systems/Finance:

  • Prepares headcount and employee cost reports for management review
  • Prepares headcount budget report and bi-annual revisions, partnering with Finance team to ensure data
    is in alignment with P&L
  • Conducts ongoing audits to ensure 1) budget, month end and forecast aligns for the HR budget and
    Americas headcount 2) data and information aligns across the HR systems in use HRIS (Success Factors),
    Payroll (ADP) and HR Finance (Tagetik)

  • Payroll (ADP) and HR Finance (Tagetik)
  • Generates staff cost budget forecast files for all three budget cycles; submit final staff cost landing file
    to HQ and North America FP&A
  • Delivers employee related financial reports and partners with the finance team on including changes,
    updates, payroll, taxes and year-end
  • Partners closely with Headquarters HR Compensation and Regional Finance teams on all HR related cost
    activities and needs, including coordination of invoice payment and reconciliation
  • Maintains live staff cost file in order to bridge budget vs actual
  • Oversees seasonal employee cost process for forecast spend report, spend tracker and record keeping
  • Manages and oversees the HR department budget including, but not limited to, variance report,
    reconciliation, and reclassification
  • Acts as subject matter expert on all HR dept internal budgeting expenses processes, assessing existing
    procedures, identifying areas of efficiencies and implementing where appropriate
  • Completes all monthly reoccurring Headcount/ Labor Cost/ reporting requirements for the Americas
    populations (US & Canada) for submission to HQ HR and Finance teams.
  • Provides analysis on all costs as needed and partner with CFO/ Finance for submission & P&L posting
  • Manages, tracks and records hr department related expenses to support cost control and accurate budgeting
  • Provides support to Finance for bonus accruals and reversal postings



Compensation & Reporting:

  • Contributes to the preparation of compensation analysis and to the coordination of the annual salary review process
  • Develops and implement monthly and ad hoc reporting for the hr team partners
  • Contributes to the preparation of annual bonus and commission plan templates, including terms and conditions for payment; works with management to modify plan structure as business needs dictate

Il candidato prescelto

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field
  • 3 years progressive financial analysis and labor cost experience preferably in retail industry (luxury a plus); global US company highly desirable for similarity in managing the labor cost
  • Experience with Tagetik, or similar HR Finance system, including but not limited to SAP
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with particular strength in Excel
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Attitude to work in a multicultural and inclusive environment.
