locking systems.Its history began more than one hundred years ago and today more than 150 customers rely
on the competence and distinctive capabilities of the Group.


  • Work with senior management team and works council team to improve engagement, work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

  • Build relationships with the External sales team through HR presence at sales and marketing events, joining Area meetings and days out with team.

  • Drive hiring through active search, usage of social media and hiring platform, coordination of external consultants, interviews, up to the final selection and contract preaparation

  • Coordinate on boarding activities ensuring proper support to all key functions and hiring manager

  • Review pay and reward policies and procedures through market pricing and job evaluation in line with budget parameters to be competitive

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in order to critically evaluate and improve reward and recognition policies and processes to be integrated with company values and competency framework

  • Drive communication, consultation and education on pay and reward policies

  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation

  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management

  • Organise health and well being events, ensuring event is in line with our health and well being statement

  • To provide support, and lead where necessary, on HRIS projects

Il candidato prescelto

The successful candidate gained at least 6/8 years of experience in the soft HR area og a ultinational company, where he/she had the chance to build processes and be the change agent relating to HR Culture and mindset.
