Our client is the Italian branch of a multinational Company leading in the pharmaceutical field

Job Description

  1. Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders; Country Manager, executive leaders and people managers to develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business goals. This includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention strategies, ESG and succession planning.
  2. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters within the country business team. Proactively address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and confidential manner, fostering a positive and trustful work environment for all employees and ensuring in line with good practice and company processes.
  3. Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, participate in recruitment efforts, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Develop and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
  4. Performance Management: Facilitate and liaise with people managers to execute the performance management process, providing coaching and guidance to implement effective goal setting, performance reviews, and encourage and promote a feedback culture.
  5. Learning & Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for skills enhancement within the country business team. Design and deliver targeted training programs that align with business objectives and individual career goals.
  6. HR Compliance and Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies. look at local law changes and industry trends to mitigate risks and maintain a positive employer-employee relationship. Lead on all aspects of ensuring workplace health and safety is maintained.
  7. Employee Experience: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and a positive employee experience overall. Work with key stakeholders and lead on organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and communication channels to foster a sense of belonging and alignment with company values.
  8. Compensation & Reward: Provide direction in all compensation and reward matters, drive the annual merit cycle locally and support the implementation of reward initiatives;



Ensure monthly payroll is actioned accordingly and any queries addressed in a timely manner.

  1. Organizational Development: Work with local business leaders to develop effective organizational structures and on specific job design and leveling to drive organizational development.
  2. Coach and develop Laedership: Coach, develop and support local leadership on an ongoing basis to build local leadership skills and capabilities.



11.Contribute to EMEA HR collaboration: Collaborate with the EMEA HR Region Team and with HR colleagues throughout EMEA region, leveraging regional expertise and ensuring HR activities are aligned with overall people priorities and regional HR standards/guidance following a common direction;

ensure local implementation of regional HR initiatives, policies, standards, HR cycle activities, etc.

Competenze ed esperienza

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 -7 years of progressive HR experience, including roles in HR generalist or specialist positions and with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws/regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Business fluency in English language
