La figura ricercata
For the position the candidate will have the following key responsibility:
- Operate as first point of contact to the business.
- Deliver HR advice and support to the business within the company
- Advice retail management on legal issues regarding dismissal, absenteeism,
personal development, employee functioning etc.
- Set up legal correspondence e.g. letters for dismissal for urgent cause
- have meetings with personnel and local management.
- Coordinate and control the output of all HR related information, provided by HR
- Coordinate recruitment, absence, evaluations etc.
- Participate in HR-related projects towards department and business.
- Integrate follow-up of Social Laws. Strategy and goals of the department
Ensure sufficient knowledge and application of Social Legislation.

The successful candidate has the following skills:
- Level of education: (Bachelor/Master) - Minimum 2 years of expierence in HR Advice
- Knowledge of labor legislation for Italy
