The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Definition of services and operating procedures
  • Supervision of the activities carried out by the various departments
  • Budget management and cost optimization
  • Promotion of the structure in order to attract new customers
  • Performance monitoring
  • Customer experience optimization
  • Planning and organization of daily activities
