Main Responsibilities:

  • Engineering Projects
    • Develop and execute the Site Master Plan,
    • Lead strategic engineering initiatives and investment activities,
    • Ensure GMP compliance and support HSE requirements
  • Reliability & Maintenance
    • Implement state-of-the-art maintenance systems,
    • Drive predictive & maintenance strategies,
    • Optimize manufacturing processes using LEAN, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies,
    • Budget management and cost control
  • Utilities, Infrastructure & Sustainability
    • Manage critical systems (PW, clean compressed air, HVAC, WWT, Boilers, Chillers)
    • Drive & Promote energy efficiency initiatives and sustainable engineering practices
  • Automation & Digital Systems
    • Enhance automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA, BMS/EMS, AGVs/robots)
    • Drive innovation with IoT, digital twins, and AI technologies, Ensure data integrity compliance for computerized systems
  • Compliance, Quality &HSE
    • Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO standards, and regulations and Lead safety programs and promote a culture of quality and safety



Competenze ed esperienza

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
  • Preferred: Six Sigma certification
  • 10+ years of Engineering/Maintenance experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Preferred : Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Packaging Operations
  • International experience is highly valued
